Kundalini Yoga is a rejuvenating and relaxing combination of breath and movement, from which anyone may benefit, even those who are stiff or out of shape. Using breath and simple exercises, students learn to release tension and stress while increasing energy. Classes include yoga postures, meditation, meditative music, gong sound bath, and deep relaxation. Wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat to class.

*Please wash and sanitize your hands often, while at the studio, in order to keep doorknobs clean and germ free. Hand sanitizer is available throughout the studio.
*If you wish to use our studio provided yoga mats, please note that you will be required to wipe down the mat with a sanitizer wipe before and after use. If you do not feel comfortable using our mats, please feel free to bring your own mat, blanket and/or props.
*The studio is cleaned and disinfected thoroughly on a regular basis.
*If you have been exposed to someone with Covid, or have any Covid symptoms please stay home and take one of our ONLINE classes.
